Alerts

Loud when it matters. Quiet when it doesn't.

A server watches the official feeds every minute and tells you only about serious events near your home, within the distance you choose: 25, 50 or 100 miles.

  • Quiet hours. Sleep through the small stuff; urgent alerts still come through.
  • Time-sensitive only for Take action and Extreme. Evacuation orders, tsunami and extreme weather warnings.
  • Honest by design. If a source can't be reached, the app names it instead of saying all is calm.
